Question: I recently did my Lipid Profile tests and my triglycerides are currently @ 304. How can I bring the same down quickly

Hello XXXX,
I request you upload your all reports.
If your triglycerides levels are elevated, then I suggest you reduce your weight if you are overweight by doing physical exercises. If you are not overweight also, then you have to do 30 minutes brisk walk or physical exercises regularly.
Avoid oily, spicy outside food.
Eat healthy fruits, vegetables, nuts, fiber and protein contains food.
Do not eat food 2 hours before bed. Avoid heavy food, late night food.
After 3 months repeat the test.
