Hello.

Waxing of body hair is a very difficult and painful task and for sensitive skin its really tough. You should clean your area for waxing well with antiseptic soap and then with clean wax do that swiftly and after that wash your skin with XXXXXXX warm water,remove all the wax and after drying it cleanse it with a cleanser. Mind it the more clean skin will be the less will be the chances of infection leading to pimples and for pain try to wash the area with lukewarm water it will lessen the pain.
If the red spots start appearing the on skin try to hold the waxing for a while.
And if still pimples appear then you can get your skin evaluated by a dermatologist.
