Brief Answer:
You are most probably having chronic allergic rhinitis with PND.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX , Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having chronic allergic rhinitis with post nasal discharge (PND) . It results into frequent sore throat . Swollen gland mostly enlarge neck lymph node due to inflammation .

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice-

Regular Antiseptic Mouth Wash(Chlorhexidine) twice daily ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray or rinse thrice daily ,
anti-inflammatory analgesic Paracetamol & Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily .

Gargle with lukewarm water 20 mins after nasal spray use to remove any spray coming to throat .

You will get relief .
You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription.

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Most probably it is sinuses related issue causing PND .

Detailed Answer:
Hi , XXXXXXX ,

Most probably it is sinuses related issue causing PND .

Post nasal discharge (PND) causes frequent throat infections which result into swollen gland under jaw due to inflammation.

You can confirm this by doing FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology) of swollen gland under jaw .

Hope this information helpful to you .
