I understand your concern

Your symptoms could be a gastroenteritis, liver and biliary tract infection, kidney infection, irritable bowel syndrome, duodenal ulcer.
Right side pain near lower rib could be due to constipation.
I would suggest to undergo following investigations:
Liver function test, renal function test, CBC, ESR, stool tests, barium meal USG abdomen to rule out above causes.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Continue pro-biotic capsule and Z pack
Tablet unienzme
Tablet dicyclomine and diclofenac
Fiber supplements like Ispaghula husk
Drink plenty of fluids and ORS to maintain hydration
Avoid: spicy and oily foods, emotional stress, smoking and alcohol
Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions like banana, rice, applesauce and toast.
Do regular exercise like walking to keep the bowel movement regular
