Brief Answer:
You may need further investigations like creatinine level.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggest elevated serum urea level. It may be due to renal problem, dehydration,GI bleeding, high protein diet etc.
Besides clinical correlation,it is important to know creatinine level,GFR,ultrasound of abdomen etc.If renal problem is diagnosed then you may need few medicines and dietary restrictions.Other wise it may be a temporary finding.

Heel pain may be related to increased uric acid. Initailly it should be tried to control by diet and life style changes. You should avoid high purine diet like red meat.Avoid alcohol if you take it.
If uric acid is persistently increased then you may need uricosuric drugs like allopurinol.
Immediately you can take analgesics, hot fomentation for heel pain.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
