Brief Answer: Surgical excision is best... Detailed Answer: Hi, Skin warts may or may not respond to topical creams. Imiquimod creams have been tried with variable results. However the best way to remove skin warts is through surgical means. Currently we have cauterization / freezing techniques that work very well. I would recommend you opt for these rather than using medicines. But if you wish to use topical creams, you can use those imiquimod creams. Your local physician / dermatologist will know about it. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications. Regards

Brief Answer: Imiquad cream... Detailed Answer: Hi, As I mentioned earlier, topical creams may or may not be able to eradicate these warts. Imiquimod containing creams such as 5% Imiquad have been tried with variable results. Your local dermatologist will know about this product and the method to use it. Cost of treatment with a dermatologist will vary according to your centre where you plan for treatment, the type of treatment you choose and the number of sessions you would need. Therefore the best approach would be to call the nearest dermatology/cosmetic centre and discuss whether or not they perform the aforementioned treatments and its cost. I wouldn't recommend you using imiquad or any other creams before discussing with a doctor. Hope this answers your question. Regards
