Brief Answer:

Folliculitis. Oral and topical antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:

Hello!

I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image.

You seems to have folliculitis - bacterial infection of hair follicles.

I suggest:
- An oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin, thrice daily, for a week.

- Topically you may apply a topical antibiotic ointment e.g either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin ointment, twice daily.

Hope this answers your question.

Dr. Kakkar S.,
