I am taking Tellyg for hypertension; Glycomet GP 1 before breakfast and dinner;
Help me to understand my health condition and the steps I need to take to cure myself of diabetes, microalbuminuria and high tri-glycerides.
How long should it take to get the situation worse with medication, exercise and low stress level?
As an Indian, what kind of diet should I follow to reduce/eliminate microalbuminuria and triglyceride levels and bring blood sugar to normal ?

Brief Answer:
Almost everything is ok.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX

I have gone through your history, and can understand the concern you have regarding your health, you have been sufering from Diabetes and Hypertension both, any how please dont worry as all the parameters you have mentioned are under control.

Your glycosilated haemoglobin is slihhtly raisrd stating that you have diabetes since long time but is under control, your renal function test is also under normal, and cholesterol part is also normal.

See human body is not like machine that every thing will be exactly under strict control, some parameters may go up or down, for that you need not to worry.

As per your report everything is ok, you dont require anything else from medicine point of view.

Just I would like to give you few tips to keep yourself more fit......
1. Daily exercise either walking, meditation,yoga...etc
2. For kidney drink plenty of water 4 to 5 litres per day.
3. Avoid oily and fried food, hotel food, pizzas,burgers,..etc
4. Have lots of salad, green leafy vegetables, fibres, fruits, sprouts, etc
5. Please avoid alcohol,smoking...etc if you take.
6. Have the habbit of early to bed and early to rise, avoid tension, anxiety in life.
7. Continue the medicine you are taking, as it is because you are nornal and blood parameters are also normal.
8. Have monthly ckeck up of your blood sugar, renal function test, lipid profile.

Hope I have cleared almost all the doubt, if still any query is there please dont hesitate to write me back,

I shall feel happy to see you again.

Wishing you happy and good health,

Regards,

Thanks.
