Brief Answer:
antihypertensive drugs from other classes can be used

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns. I have gone through the uploaded reports.

Coversyl Plus (perindopril arginine + indapamide hemihydrate 5mg/1.25mg ) and .
TAZLOC-AM tab( telmisartan 40/80 mg, amlodipine 5 mg) are the anti-hypertensive drugs you have been prescribed.

If goal BP (=/<140/90 mm hg ) cannot be reached using the drugs, antihypertensive drugs from other classes can be used e.g . Carvedilol-Alpha-adrenergic /Beta-adrenergic blocker. Drugs and dosage are to be decided by treating physician.

The clinician should continue to assess BP and adjust the treatment regimen until goal BP is reached.
