Brief Answer:
Rituximab + CHOP

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since the patient had relapse of follicular Leukemia after 4 months he will mow need treatment with targeted therapy such as Rituximab with CHOP chemotherapy which consist of the folllowing drugs cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone.

Re treatment responses with Rituximab appear to be longer than the patients’ initial responses with the drug.
