Suggest Treatment For Wrist Pain

Question: I have a pain in my wrist when i move it in upward direction to last.i was dropped from bike 3 months ago and that time pain was not there but from 1 month i am feeling pain.now i am using wrist support band and feeling better.

The description you have given makes me conclude that you might have sustained wrist sprain. which will heal only with complete rest and usage of either crepe bandage or wrist case which you can get it in any pharmacy. try not to lift weight or play a racket sport which will only hamper the healing process.

welcome back.
Well, it usually take 4-6 weeks of rest. i recommend to use wrist brace.. which not only reduces pain but also restricts sudden movements at wrist joint and allow ligaments to heel.
