Suggest Treatment For Wound On Finger

Question: Hello Dr.
I have one small wound on my finger for more than 3-4 years(please see the attched photo). it goes away if i apply candid-b. but i feel little hardness evenif it looks normal. It appears again in 3-4 months. kindly let me know your advice..
