Brief Answer:
Kindly provide details of the incidence.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the possibility of various sexually transmitted infections after the incidence.

In view to help you better I humbly ask you certain points :

- What was the time interval between touching the penis and your masturbation. Was your hand dried up till the time you started your masturbation.

- What was the amount of semen on the penis. Was it full of seminal fluid all around or it was only precum only over the tip.

- What was your impact of touching - just a routine touch or it was thorough touching all over the seminal fluid.

-Is the wound on your genitalia a superficial one with healing or is deep with oozing surface.

- Are you circumcised or uncircumcised.

Hope to hear soon from your side.

With regards,

The semen was just precum. I touched it with two fingers. I touched it and wiped it dry. The interval before masterbation was 3 minutes. I had a small ulcer. I was not circumcised.

Brief Answer:
Negligible risk of all STDs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello young fellow,

Welcome again to the forum and thanks for posting details.

I have gone through your query with complete diligence and analyzed the complete situation with best of my clinical acumen as well as the academic knowledge. After analyzing the situation let me first and foremost reassure you that you have negligible risk of all sexually transmitted infections enumerated including HIV.

In terms of negligible risk means almost no risk. So just relax first and don't be so much anxious. Let me give you the scientific and medical explanations:

- In your case it was precum only which is very much small quantity of secretion. This small quantity contains least of amount of any microorganisms. Later as you touched with two fingers only and wiped it dry so the concentration again diluted on least of side (if any microorganism had been present).

But academically saying you masturbated within 3 minutes and you had small ulcer so we can say that there are chances of Hepatitis B infection. But clinically speaking and as per my experience I have never seen any infection after such kind of exposure. I do counsel your kind of cases where the person goes for repeated testing but I never saw any positivity for any infection including hepatitis B in any case.

For the part of all the STDs except for hepatitis B there is no issues. But on academic grounds there is a negligible risk of Hepatitis B only. If you are immunized for Hepatitis B then the issue of hepatitis is also out of context.

Do let me know if you are immunized for hepatitis B or not.

I hope you must be more than relaxed to know all these simple medical and scientific facts.

I will be glad to guide you any further for your any sort of queries.

"With good health wishes"

I am not immunised. Actually, before masturbation. I ran my finger through a water fountain for drinking lightly. I hope it should minimised the risk. Besides, the precum was quite wet. But I did touch with with two finger. After experiencing it wet, then pulled my hand out.

Brief Answer:
Just relax. No chances of STDs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello young fellow,

The further exploration of situation makes a better sense that the risk is further minimized by the wet hands by water fountain. It was just a trivial common type of incidence and not a proper mode as well as exposure to the semen.

SO the complete situation makes you free from all the STDs. But it is my personal suggestion for you to not to indulge in such risky conditions.

Get yourself immunized for hepatitis B as is more contagious than HIV.

"Wish you good health"
