Brief Answer:
Wash the scratch, take tt injection and upload picture of bite

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.
I would like to know more about the scratch, where you have been scratched, is it deep, is there blood. First of all wash the area with XXXXXXX warm water and mild soap. Do not scratch or touch it, to avoid any infection. I would ask you to take tt injection. Apply neosporin ointment.
Regarding the bites, it is difficult to comment, kindly upload the picture to say what it is. Presently use calamine lotion with alovera, twice daily.

Hope this helps.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
It might be scabies

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have going through the picture, thanks for uploading.
How long you have been facing this problem? Is it associated with itching?

It is less likely to be mosquito bite, and you have mentioned they are present at multiple sites, based on the picture it might be scabies.

I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist who can evaluate you to confirm the diagnosis and prescribe appropriate therapy. You could try taking the measures that I have suggested above.

Once confirmed it is treated with prescription based medicine, further, i would suggest you to wash all your linen and laundry in hot boiling water. Treatment of your family will also be required.

Hope this helps.
Take care
