Brief Answer:
Could be either vitiligo or lichen sclerosus et atrophicus

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
It could be either vitiligo or lichen sclerosus et atrophicus.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected area so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
Moreover is the texture of the skin over the white areas normal or wrinkled or hard?
Are similar patches present anywhere else on the body?
Do you have any urinary symptoms like difficulty in urination?
Kindly revert back with the answers as well as the photographs.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

I have uploaded the photos of my penis head and foreskin. Both foreskin and head have marks. see uploaded photos.

The texture of the skin over the white areas are little wrinkled on penis head but looks normal on fore skin.

I don't find similar patches on anywhere else on my body.

I don't have any urinary symptoms. It is normal.

FYI - I have uncircumcised penis.

Brief Answer:
Looks like lichen sclerosus et atrophicus

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it looks like lichen sclerosus et atrophicus.
It is a chronic disease which usually affects genitalia.
In such cases I recommend my patients to apply steroid creams like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks.
Steroidal creams are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
