Brief Answer:
wow, this is bad.

Detailed Answer:
ok.... let us start with 1) yes you are correct on all points. then 2) find another suboxone clinic. 3) the combination of drugs doesn't make sense. Suboxone is a blocker of narcotics, it is not a good idea to also take oxycodone with it--it should be blocked from doing anything by the suboxone. Furthermore oxycodone and klonapin are both not a good idea in someone with addiction issues. They are really bad given together. But, the risk is at the most in the first few days, so... obviously don't take any more sedatives on top of it like alcohol. and then, you will want to taper off of them.

The problem is how to arrange getting off of one set of drugs and onto another. While just going to an ER would be one way, then after that you might not be on anything. Lowering sedatives by oneself is dangerous and will get you thrown out of the clinic. Finding another center and having them titrate off the medications is the best way but might not be possible.

Lastly, let this be a context for being off of all drugs. Remember the bad. And when tempted to go back onto drugs of abuse have these situations be triggered.
