Brief Answer:
Most probably suffering from Allergic Rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

Looking at your symptoms, you are probably suffering from Allergic Rhinitis(Inflammation of the nose due to Allergy).

It would be advisable to have Allergy testing which will help you to know that which substances you are Allergic to(like certain food items, dust, grass pollens),etc,so that you can take precautions to avoid those Allergic substances. This is the most important step in Allergic Rhinitis.

You are taking tablet Alerid D.It contains Cetrizine with Phenylephrine.Cetrizine is an Antihistaminic which helps against Allergic symptoms like sneezing, watery nasal discharge, watering from eyes, etc and Phenylephrine is a decongestant which helps if you are suffering from Nasal congestion and blockage.

Along with the above medication, you may find relief by taking the following medication:
Steroid nasal spray like Mometasone-It helps against the inflammation in the nose caused by Allergy,
Saline nasal spray-it helps in providing moisture in the nasal cavity and removes any Allergic particles in the nose,
Nasal decongestant drops like Oxymetazoline(it also helps to relieve congestion and blockage in the nose).
Vitamin C lozenges-it acts as a natural antihistamine. It works against the release of chemical named Histamine in the body on exposure to Allergic substances, which is responsible for the Allergic symptoms.

Also do steam inhalation.Regularly have cleaning of your house to avoid dust.Drink lots of warm fluids.

Hope this answers your question.I would be happy to answer if you have any further questions.Take care.
