Hi! Using motility agents like domperidone alongwith antacids like omeperazole or pantoprazole before meals will help. sucralfate suspension can also be used. Regards.

I will try the domperidone. I have been on prilosec sense my gallbladder issues came into play they just kinda don't do the trick anymore. I've also been having bad diarrhea. it's absolutely pure liquid and a very dark greenish yellow color.

Brief Answer:
It needs to be evaluated by repeat, liver functions and amylase

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you have already been through alot. Though the symptoms if not responding to antacids, it can improve with motility agents like domperidone and local stomach neutralising and adsorbents like sucralfate may help.

However the greenish loose motions necessitates to assess the liver functions and well as serum amylase. It's better to repeat the ultrasound and Xray abdomen erect for gases. A stool analysis and microscopy may also be needed .

A detailed gastroentrologist review may also be initiated and close liason should be continued with a gastroentrologist. If abdominal cramps or pains arise, anti spasmodic like drotaverine may also help.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
