Sir
Lesion first started to appear in the right big toe in the cutaneous and nail junction. then it appeared in the left leg big toe. then in the left thumb.
now whenever I am getting wound or skin lesion, after healing I am not getting back skin colour.
This problem is there for last three years.the lesion is increasing very slowly.
I am having skin itchiness for the last 4 years. I am taking citrazine previously recently I switched to allegra 180 mg as per the advice of one physician.
At the age of around 15 year, I had small white spot in my chest, after taking melanocyl tablet it got cured.
with regards

Brief Answer:
Topical treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photograph.
The patches are few in number and spreading slowly.
I treat such cases with topical steroid and tacrolimus cream.
Tacrolimus to be applied in night and a strong steroid cream like fluticasone to be applied in day.
This gives excellent response within two months.
You can try this in consultation of a doctor.
Also take grapes and almonds daily.
This should help you.
Take care not to get injured, it is well known that new vitiligo patch develops at the site of injury.
This is called as koebernisation.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
