Brief Answer:
viral gastroenteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to health care magic.
It looks like your baby has a viral infection which can cause runny and clay colored stools . Don't worry.
Usually it is self limiting , resolving in 3 to 7 days.
What i usually advice is to cotinue routine feeding.
Avoid cows milk. Give ORS which is oral electrolyte solution like pedialyte frequently.
Make sure the urine output is atleast 6 times in a day.
Wishing speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
