Brief Answer:
Get an MRI Brain and otoscopy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

Welcome to HCM,

I can understand your concerns.

Your ear symptoms could be related to BPPV.Menopause is not related to your symptoms.

Avoid stress and anxiety.

Continue with your present medication.Avoid exposure stress and noisy atmosphere.

I advise you to get an MRI Brain to rule out inner ear fistulas if any.

Exercise regularly. Meditation and yoga will also improve your condition.

Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Most probably related to Vestibular pathology.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

Welcome again.

Your fluctuating hearing loss is definitely related to Inner ear/Vestibular pathology.

You need a comprehensive Vestibular Rehabilitation therapy(VRT).

An important part of the VRT is to establish an exercise program that can be performed regularly at home.

Strict compliance is mandate in your case.

Continue with your present medication.

Avoid stress and anxiety.

Brief Answer:
Possible Meniere's disease?Require Confirmation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

In such a case, it's advisable to get evaluated for Meniere's disease .

For this I advise you to get Electrocochleography test and Electronystagmography.

You need to consult an expert Otolaryngologist for above tests.

Few drugs and device therapies may offer permanent cure.

Post your further queries if any.
