Question: i felt dizziness/vertigo and started vomiting and almost lost consciousness the day before i pain when chewing on my right jaw . I still have this dizziness and pain in right jaw can it be ear infection ?

Vertigo in your case is probably not organic. Take tablet stemetil thrice daily for 5 days.
Avoid any alcohol usage.
Avoid driving till the dizziness subsides completely.
Get your blood pressure checked.
