Brief Answer:
Surgery is the only treatment advised for this type of VSD

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I have gone through your question and the report attached. These type of VSDs do not close spontaneously and need surgery. Even device closure cannot be done.

The time of surgery is best decided by the pressure gradients assessment on echocardiography. Usually it's done between 3 months to 1 year of age. The long terms prognosis is very good after a good surgery.

Cost of surgery depends upon the institute. (Usually it cost around 2 lakhs in institutes of south India). If you are beneficiary to any health scheme, it may be even reduced.

Hopefully I have answered your question.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Non invasive cardiac catheterization is not useful for sub aortic VSD

Detailed Answer:
Non invasive cardiac catherisation and device closure is not helpful in the subaortic type of VSD which your child has. Open heart surgery and closure of VSD is in the best interest of your child.
The prognosis for surgery is excellent.

Cardiac cauterisation is not a treatment.

Hopefully this will help you. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help you out. Else, you may close the discussion, rate the answer and write a review.

Take care
