Brief Answer:
insect reaction ,take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

You seem to have developed vector dermatitis .
Now this is basically a type is eczema of skin which develops in a linear pattern over the areas of body where an insect tends to crawl.
The linear pattern is the path followed by the insect and the dermatitis occurs due to body secretions of the insect to which our body reacts .
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone over the affected area twice daily .
Take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl or levocetrizine along to relieve the associated itching and allergy .

Hope it helps
