Brief Answer:
Admission to ER for quick relief/expert advise/ investigations to diagnose

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for query under Health care magic platform. I have read it carefully & understand your concern.
You seem to have retention of urine , mostly due to prolapse of uterus ( that explains the valve like thing coming from vagina.
You had large rectal polyps removed last year.. which might have re instigated due to excessive straining while trying to urinate...this could have started bleeding through rectum. This can be opening of the old lesion/ malignancy.. looking to the age ) needs to be excluded.
* In case you are having retention of urine over along period with large distention of bladder..
Hot & cold packs on lower abdomen may help to release urine out.You should go to ER for emergency management. Apart from catheterizing you to relieve the stress.. they would investigate you to find the cause.
* I would suggest to consult a Gynecologist to know the status of prolapse.. if any, followed by specific treatment.
It's worth rechecking with your anorectal surgeon for finding the cause of rectal bleeding .. which would also include marker tests for malignancy followed by specific treatment as per need.
Thus by proper health check ups/ specific advise by expert would help you in the situation.
I hope, the answer has provided you sufficient information to help to deciding the action plan.Any follow up query would be welcome.
Thanks.
