Question: I'm 28 yrs male having semen in urine only in morning fst urine thn feeling of getting urinate persist whole day.....if I go fr urinating only little urine comes... I stopped mastrubation b4 2yrs.... Plzzzzz help me.... I could gt erection on seeing some stuff nd in remembrance of it also.... Kindly help me

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have UTI. What you think it to be semen is not a semen but thick mucus secreted by mucosal glands in urethra.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria .
As regards getting erection on seeing some stuff it is natural and very common at this age and nothing to be worried about it.

Sir urine alkaliser, nitrofurantoin, readily available trade name in XXXXXXX ... Is that vll b permanent relief fr me sir... Today morning I don't find any discharge sir.... Vl it becomes normal....in my penis I feel something coming out bt nothing may b psycological also help me giv me ur advice.. Sir
