Brief Answer:
It is important to rule out UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

You may be suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
You need clinical correlation and few investigations like urine culture and sensitivity(C/S).Ultrasound of abdomen can be done if needed.
C/S is needed due to fact that urine appearance is turbid.
Up to 5 pus cells in urine is normal, but there shouldn't be occult blood.Occult blood means blood that is not visible but is still present. Normally there shouldn't be blood in the urine.Blood can indicate an infection.

UTI can also be confirmed by urine nitrite test and leukocyte esterase test.

Other findings are normal.
Epithelial cells and mucus threads are commonly found in urine.
Amorphous urates are also normally found in urine.

Get well soon.

Thank you doctor, is it possible that increase of fluid intake alone can eliminate this kind of UTI? or do I really need to take medication for this? Can water intake remove the UTI or anti biotics will be needed?
