Brief Answer:
Incomplete bladder empting

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

incomplete bladder voiding can be due to either obstruction of urine flow from the outflow tract of bladder ,as in prostate problem or urethral stricture, or due to weakness of bladder wall. this can occur commonly in diabetes.

To differentiate we need ultrasound kidneys bladder and prostate with estimation of post void residue and uroflowmetry. kindly inform these reports. also inform that if there is any history of kidney or bladder operations in past, diabetes or brain stroke.

meanwhile urine infection has to be controlled with antibiotics as per urine culture test and may require Foley cathter insertion to empty the bladder.

best wishes.
