Question: hi doctor

I am suffering from fever , I.e., running nose , cough with thick swab and joint pain , and while sleeping I get a pain like sensation on the back side of my head , near medula oblongata , please assist

I have read your query and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are having upper respiratory tract infection with body ache .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Plenty of fluids , Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Paracetamol 650mg twice daily for pain & fever ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination like Tab Montek Lc or Romilast L10 at night ,
Tab Vitamin C twice daily &
Antibiotic azithromycin 500mg/day for 5 days .

Investigation needed Complete blood picture (CBC ).
