Hello Welcome to HealthcareMagic..
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough.

I thank you for posting your query here..

Please note these following things..

1. Please answer these questions.
Do you consume alcohol regularly?
Do you have history of Gall Stones?

After analyzing, I am suspecting some kind of benign problem with the Pancreas.
Like Chronic Pancreatitis..

This classically presents as paid radiation to the back..

2. Are you sure that CT scan was completely normal.
Because again, CT is the investigation of choice.
If it's normal, 1 year back. I advise you to get a repeat scan now, especially during the episodes of pain..

Hope this helps you, please answers my questions.
I'll be happy to help you better..
Take care...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome back.
Thank you for getting back with answers..

Now, you have two options..
One, get a repeat CT scan depending on the severity of symptoms that you have..

Or, try with proton pump inhibitor drugs, for a month and see if you feel better.

Hope this helps you..
