Hi,
You appear to have a classical urinary tract infection. The presence of pus cells and bacteria in urine do indicate the same, and I hope a urine culture will be able to confirm the same.
Often the infection could be associated with fever and body aches at which time mild pain and tenderness could be seen in the chest wall muscles which could account for the soreness you have experienced. However, the UTI can ascend to the kidneys and we call it pyelonephritis where the patient would be ill and have high grade fever and chills and rigors with pain in the sides. This looks unlikely in your case as the blood count is well within normal limits.
I am sure with appropriate antibiotics therapy,cyour UTI willckear soon andwith it, any achesshould come down too.
If the UTI persists or if the pain is worsening, please get an ultrasound of kidneys and bladder to confirm we have not missed a kidney issue.

The pain is likely to be due to the myalgia or muscle pain which can accompany any infection, more so in a severe UTI. As I said unless we know for sure the kidneys are normal, we cannot exclude a kidney cause for the upper back pain.
If you were a diabetic, we would be worried about the urine ketones, but in your case they are likely to be due to urine infection, and hopefully if the infection settles down, the ketones also will come down. Sometimes when body does not get adequate carbs, then our body has to rely on ketones for energy and thus ketones can be found in urine.
I suggest even now that you request your doctor for a kidney ultrasound for detecting a potentially serious problem, especially as the ketones are positive. In the meantime, take plenty of oral fluids, and the antibiotics as advised by your doctor and let me know once the urine culture comes in so we can guide you as to the appropriate antibiotics.
