Brief Answer:
Shot of phenargan would be best, if not then oral tablets

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

U have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I am guessing your wife is suffering from a migraine headache and my suggestions to help relieve her of the headache would be the following:

1. If she can visit a hospital then a shot of phergan will help with quick relief

2. If she cannot visit a hospital, I recommend one tablet sumatriptan, one tablet metoprolol 40 mg three times a day

3. Soak only her feet in very cold water

4. If she is currently menstruating, then this is the most common cause for migraine headaches in women, and we will have to wait till her period ends

5. Also, getting her eyes tested will greatly help once she is more comfortable for an opthalmological visit; this is just to rule out any vision associated issues

I hope and pray she finds relief, if she does not from the above mentioned regimen, then getting admitted under the care of a neurologist is recommended sir. Please feel free to write to me anytime, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
