I read your question and i understand your concern. Sinuses and drainage as post nasal drip is commonest illness specially with weather change. She can use over the counter nasal decongestants and some ibuprofen for the throat pain. one table spoon salt mixed with 8 ounces of warm water will throat and relieve the symptoms. Throat lozenges also may be considered. Prefer warm and comforting beverages like soup, green tea mixed with honey, herbal tea etc.
