Brief Answer:
Temporary

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query
I think I will be bale to help you.

I dont think the effects of the inhalation will be permanent, not at least if the inhalation was for a short duration of time. I think I would suggest that you wait, and get as much fresh air as possible.

The ammonia, and the kerosene inhalation damage the respiratory mucosa, and kerosene is also absorbed easily, even by inhalation route. Both can be toxic. So you have to give your body time to detoxify. thereafter you should be ok.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Best of luck
