Brief Answer:
At 20years, we should expect full recovery. What was the cause?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these neurological problems that you have mentioned. What is the disease condition that led to this problem? Do you have any idea?

At 20years, the chances of full recovery are greater than in older persons. The saggy appearance is as a result of the muscles not contracting enough because of poor nerve control. This should progressively get better. Also. work with a physical therapist on basic exercises that can strengthen these muscles as recovery continues it normal cause.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

I went out to a nightclub drunk a lot of alcohol and next morning i woke up with this problem. I think someone may have spiked my drink (put drugs into my alcoholic drink) I really want my face to go back to normal its making me so upset.

Brief Answer:
Please, be patient and it would be okay!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You seem to be too hard with yourself. If you didn't draw my attention to this, honestly the sagginess is just not very very evident. Stay calm and be positive about this. It would slowly and overtime get fixed.

Talk less about it/ Know that you are the person who draws attention to this and all by itself, it is not evident.
I wish you well.
