Brief Answer:
These are tremors and need further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

The shaking hands are actually tremors which can be seen in different family members as well like essential Tremors, But with tremors, one always needs to rule out associated Thyroid disease and parkinson's disease considering your age.

If these tremors have come for the first time and if they do not trouble your day to day activity then you can wait and watch for couple of days to get subsided by themselves.

Also, essential tremors are very benign thing and just gives trouble in doing fine activities if they remain persistent then one can start Propanalol to make it better and for which you can see some local doctor who will prescribe it.

If they still remain persistent then I will advice you to see some nearby physician who may order routine blood count,ESR,electrolytes and thyroid function tests to get diagnosis.

Hope this will help you.

Regards,
