This is Dr. Priyanka Tiwari answering your query.

Read your query as you have severe tooth pain and you are pregnant also dont be worried so much see what happened is severe pain in tooth can be due tooth infection (carious tooth) . When infection reaches the pulp chamber causes pressure in pulp chamber and spread of infection at apex of root .

For pain I will suggest you to do warm saline rinses two -three times a day .
-Apply clove oil pellet on tooth for pain .
- you can tale medicine like Dispersable Paracetamol for pain by consulting with local doctor .

I recommend you to consult oral surgeon and go for clinical examination and remove the cause of pain . If there is possibility of Abscess formation it may need drainage.
