Question: ive had a molar that has a huge cavity, infected heeds to be extracted due to other more pressing medical issues and a husband who has been searching for a free extraction i believe whats left of this tooth after 6 months is just pure infection, the only thing blocking the air from hitting the air is the gross bits of particls that get stuck in the cavity. question ive been so ill, hospitalized with migraines, lost 35 lbs in 5 months and thats just this month, this started in XXXXXXX one lone nightmare, could the infection have gone to my braine?

Brief Answer:
tooth infection, RCT or extraction.

Detailed Answer:
thanks for your query, i have gone through your query.
the problem you are facing is because of the tooth infection. the decayed tooth can be restore with root canal treatment if sufficient tooth structure is left. if the tooth structure is lost completely then it has to go for extraction.
nothing to worry about your medical status fibromyalgia is not an absolute contraindication for extraction. blood pressure should be under normal limits. it should be checked before extraction. get a fitness certificate from the general physician and consult a oral physician and get it treated.
do not delay, because if the infection gets aggravated then you will have pain, swellling and difficulty in mouth opening. before that consult a oral physician and get a radiograph done to see the extent of infection and to rule out whether root can treatment can be done or not.

i hope my answer will help you, take care.
if any queries are there reply me back.
