Brief Answer:
Chronic kidney disease is the cause for the symptoms you have mentioned

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

As an experienced XXXXXXX resident in nephrology department I can understand the struggle he is facing. If he is having very high creatinine level he may need dialysis in my opinion. If he is my patient I will keep him on appetizer, nephro capsules, stool softners and ask him to have necessary investigations like hemoglobin, calcium, vit d,uric acid, urea, phosphorus, pth etc to give him correct treatment according to the levels.
Along with all those he needs proper diet rich in protein and high fiber to avoid constipation.

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
