Brief Answer:
Inner ear dysfunction should be considered too.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Buzzing in your right you mean in your ear, right?

In this case, it may be related to dehydration, if started recently and there is actually dehydration.

Accompanying lightheadedness and balance issues point more towards an inner ear dysfunction, or other conditions such unstable blood pressure.

So, if you will get plenty of fluids for a couple of days, and there is no improvement in symptoms, you should monitor your blood pressure for few days and you should also consider consulting an ENT Doctor.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
