Brief Answer:
Likely Cervical spondylosis.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are likely to be having cervical spondylosis with compressive neuropathy as you had pain in neck and shoulder associated with numbness in fingers and cervical spondylosis is common in your age. Cervical spondylosis can be confirmed by x ray of cervical spine and comressive neuropathy can be confirmed by MRI of cervical spine. Glucosamine is helpful in slowing degenerative changes and to some extent repair it. Mecobalamine is helpful in recovery in nerves and neurogenic symptoms. For pain relief analgesic such as ibuprofen is helpful.
Numbness can also be due to carpal tunnel syndrome but it is less likely as it is associated with neck and shoulder pain.
When and how you got neck injury?

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
