Question: I was driving and had to urinate really bad so I started hitting on my penis and now there is a tingling feeling at the head of my penis. This because by me hitting on my penis?

It happened about 3 weeks ago and then i masterbate and had sex, so it disnt have time to heal. Is the tingling feeling it healing?

That's really bad as you have really traumatized your penis without giving time to heal.

If this is the case, then, can take painkillers and avoid further trauma: either masturbation or sex (especially hard/dry sex). Let time to get fully recovered, then can enjoy sex.

The tingling will be subside in few days. If no improvement within a week, should consult with an urologist to evaluate any further damages locally.
