Brief Answer:
Please upload images of your skin lesions.

Detailed Answer:
Good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic!

It would help me alot if you can send clear pictures of the skin lesion that you have. I understand that it is in the inside part of your foreskin. Tinea cruris or any fungal infection is usually in the exposed portion of the skin and not in the covered or protected part.

Are you sexuallty active? Sexual encounter with a high risk individual?

Awaiting yoyr response.

Brief Answer:
Looks like herpes simplex.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for uploading the images.

From what I saw it looks like you may have been infected with herpes simplex. You may need to take anti viral medicine like acyclovir or valacyclovir as soon as possible. These are prescription medicines and you may need to seek consult in your local clinic to get an RX. There are also blood examinations to confirm the diagnosis, IgG and IgM antibody tests can be done to check level of infectivity.

I suggest to see an STD clinic or a urologist today to initiate treatment and decrease infectivity. Please refrain from any sexual contact while there is still lesion to minimize your partners getting infected.
