Brief Answer:
Possible pinched nerve in the shoulder level

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

The symptoms you are describing it is a result of a pinched nerve in the level of the shoulder. In general it comes after a bad posture, so I would suggest to keep in mind your posture in the days to come.
Also, taking a pain killer regularly would lower the inflammation of the nerve and also relieve the pain. I suggest my patients Ibuprofen 400 mg every 6 hours.
If you can benefit from physical therapy sessions those would help a lot as well, to strengthen the muscles of the shoulder and back which will help you have a better posture.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.

Hope this is helpful.
