Question: I had asked previously about a thigh pain I have; I had injured my thigh (6 weeks ago) but still have rt. thigh pain. I don't think it's the contusion causing me pain; and dvt was ruled out. The pain comes and goes; achy. I thought it was due to lipomas, but in reading about them, they don't cause pain. I do have low B12 levels, and started taking supplements. This pain drives me crazy. Fibromyalgia ? Somehting with my back?

Brief Answer:
Spine disc problem seems possible.

Detailed Answer:
Do you have any back pain? Is the thigh pain located on the out or inner part of it?
Generally for sure the pain is not from the lipoma or lipoma injury. We have discussed it before.
Nerve pain is the most probable reason. Either you have injured some nerve branch or you have regular spine disc problem (even not related to the injury).

If you have back pain, the pain is in the out thigh part and sometimes you have tingling or burning, spine disc problem seems the most probable reason.
If so, you need to have it diagnosed with spine MRI. Please consult orthopedist if thats possible.

Fibromyalgia is not the case for sure.
