Brief Answer:
Suspecting this to be a yeast infection; clotrimazole cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. From the provided information and images, it appears as though you could be suffering from a fungal/yeast infection.

In such a situation, I would recommend the use of clotrimazole cream to be applied over the region directly. Along with this, here are a few other recommendations:

+Change your inner wear at least twice daily
+Keep the region clean and dry at all times
+After using the toilet, make sure you dry the region well enough
+Make sure you avoid masturbation and sexual contact for the next 2 weeks
+If at all it is hot where you are then carry an extra change of inner wear and change around half way through the day

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
I understand sir, this is a yeast infection, you need clotrimazole cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

I completely understand, this is a yeast infection and will require you to use clotrimazole cream over the region right now.

1. Can you go to a pharmacy or medical store and request for clotrimazole cream, and apply over your scrotum right now

or

2. If you do not have access to a medical store right now, then draw a bath with lukewarm water and put some salt in it and sit in there for a while. But this is only temporary and will not help for long.

I am sure you will have a medical store that is open 24-hours. Please go there and buy clotrimazole cream immediately and apply over your scrotum (ball sack).

Best wishes.

It is just the body's normal response to the medication and I am sorry you are experiencing the abdominal pain, but it shall soon subside, trust me and be patient. Do not stop the application of the cream, as things are only going to get better from here on.

Keep me posted, and let me know how you feel in 10 days time. Also, do not stop using the cream until I ask you to, okay?
