Brief Answer:
more information is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

if I understand OK, your pain is on the upper abdomen centrally. Pain in this location can be due to stomach issues (peptic ulcer for example), gallbladder problems (biliary colic or cholecystitis), pancreatic causes (acute or chronic pancreatitis) and sometimes causes over the diaphragm like pericarditis, acute coronary events, etc. When the pain gets worse with pressure (like when you push it with your hand) then the local causes are more likely (peptic ulcer, etc).

Pain alone is not enough to determine the diagnosis. More information is required both clinical and laboratory. You can get clinical information by asking your doctor to examine your abdomen. Lab info requires blood tests and an ultrasound scan for the upper abdomen.

If you can provide more details about your pain then perhaps it will help to get a more detailed answer. For example: what is the quality of the pain (is it burning, squeezing, etc)? When did it start? Does it come and go? Did you vomit? Does it reflect anywhere else? How did it start (what were you doing at that time)?

Kind Regards!
