Brief Answer:
I suggest a biopsy

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

I have viewed the Images.

It could be a dysplastic nevus. If it has changed in morphology recently then I would suggest that you get it biopsied.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Regarding your nevus

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Though multiple dysplastic nevi are one of the risk factors for melanoma but most of the dysplastic nevi never turn into a melanoma. However, any change in the morphology of nevi in terms of color (vareigated color within the same nevus), size (>6mm), shape (irregular, ill defined margins), surface (if it was flat earlier but had becomes raised) should be looked into and biopsied if it need be.

Regards
