Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Sinus Infection

Question: i have major sinus related pain (I think) and really need help and advice. I have had sinus problems last 5 months on and off but this time it is very strong and doesn't want to go away. Nothing seem to work.
My symptoms - strong pressure behind nose and both side of nose.. little stronger when looking down or talking/
pressure and tenderness behind upper teeth
pressure on occasional pain in forehead
pressure and occasional pain on the side of cheeks (in front of ears)
fluttering feeling of temples and side of face (occasionally)
Headache that moves around ( can be on side, then back, then top ext)
scratchy feeling behind right eye (once or twice a day)
pressure around temples
tickling feeling inside nose

I do not have stuffiness, no runny nose, no watery eyes or throat symptoms. My nose seems try and have dryed up mucus but no runniness. It has been going on last 5-6 days and nothing seems to make me feel better. No fever but general ill feeling. Headache doesn't want to leave and pressure behind teeth has gotten stronger as well.
When I to nose saline rinse then my ears are making sound like water is in them.

I am really starting to panic... is it even sinus related or something much more worrisome and dangerous? If it is sinus then is it getting in my brain? Can it be maybe teeth related and I have major abcess that can cause these issues? or sinus thrombosis? nasal cancer? Oh I have to add that here in XXXXXXX I have major seasonal allergies too
Please help me to figure it out

Brief Answer:
frontal and or maxillary sinusitis, x Ray of sinuses

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
I have gone through your query.
Based on the information provided by I feel it might be frontal sinusitis and maxillary sinusitis.

I would insist on getting an X-Ray of the sinuses. Based on the findings further interventions can be planned.

I would insist you to take steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus oil in it, three to four times a day. Water in the form of vapor would reach deep inside and would help in diluting the secretions and would thus provide relief. You can use saline nasal drops which will be beneficial. Also take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily for the next few days. An analgesic, antiinflammatory agent like ibuprofen will be beneficial in reducing inflammation in the sinuses and also addressing the headache. Drink plenty of water especially warm water.

Do not panic get yourself examined by ENT specialist, it appears to be sinus related problem. I also suggest you get your dental examination done to rule out any caries.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Take care.
