Brief Answer:
may be retrograde ejaculation

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Semen in the urine is likely due to retrograde ejaculation.

This occurs when semen, instead of exiting through the uretha, enters the bladder instead.
As a result of being in the bladder, it is then present in the urine.

Retrograde ejaculation can occur as a result of : (1)diabetes nerve disease (neuropathy) or neuropathy due to another cause such as MS, spinal cord damage
(2)side effect of some medications
(3)previous genital surgery

If associated with medications, sometimes discontinuing the medication may help.
In many cases, if not trying to conceive, no treatment is done

There are medications that do help some men with this condition who desire treatment.

A urologist may be able to help determine if this is present.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
